Workmanship Warranty

All electrical work completed by Vibo Electric is covered by a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty from the date of installation.

This warranty covers:

  • Installation defects

  • Workmanship-related issues

  • Improper connections or installation errors

  • Performance issues directly related to our work

If something isn’t right due to how the work was completed, we’ll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Manufacturer Warranty

Any materials, fixtures, panels, breakers, EV chargers, or electrical components supplied and installed by Vibo Electric are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

This may include:

  • Electrical panels and breakers

  • Lighting fixtures

  • EV charging equipment

  • Switches, outlets, and devices

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. If a product fails, we’ll help guide you through the warranty process and assist with replacement where applicable.

What’s Not Covered

While we stand behind our work, the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper use

  • Unauthorized modifications or work performed by others

  • Normal wear and tear

  • External factors (power surges, water damage, weather, pests, etc.)

  • Pre-existing electrical issues not addressed during the original service

  • Customer-supplied materials or fixtures

ESA Compliance & Safety

All applicable work is completed in accordance with Ontario’s electrical safety standards and may be subject to inspection by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA).

This ensures your installation meets required safety codes at the time of completion.

Warranty Claims

If you experience an issue related to our work:

  2. Provide details of the issue

  3. We will schedule an inspection if required

  4. Any covered repairs will be completed promptly
